I always call super modified drinks when there is only ONE customer in the store standing at the hand-off platform. Ninety percent of the time they grab it and go “is this mine?” Now we even put names on cups on the east coast and people STILL ask. ALL THE TIME. You are the only customer in the store, whose drink would it be other than yours? Morgan Freeman? Mr. T? Jackie Ivanco?  Seriously.
